Elias is an Analyst at GSA, focusing on sovereign debt strategies and debt restructuring for countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.
He worked in collaboration with several African countries on the restructuring of public debt and the debt sustainability analysis (DSA). He has also been involved in rating advisory mandates, providing advisory support related to the credit ratings of countries in Central and West African countries.
Before joining GSA, Elias gained experience at the Paris Club Secretariat (French Treasury), where he notably participated in Zambia’s debt restructuring.
