Currently based in Abu Dhabi, Quentin is a director at GSA. He gathered experience in public and private sectors working as consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and within the French Ministry of Finance for five years.
His expertise covers macro-fiscal and economic policies, public debt, fiscal strategy, public investment and spending reviews. Quentin also used to lecture Public Finance at Sciences Po Paris.
