Before joining GSA, Mathilde worked for 6 years in international organizations, focusing on macroeconomic policy and Sovereign debt-related issues.
She started her career working on labor market issues in the euro aera while at the ECB and in emerging countries while at the World Bank. She later spent 4 years in the African Department of the IMF, working on IMF-supported programs in West Africa and in the CEMAC region.
