Clémence has experience in the field of European affairs and sovereign advice. As a policy officer at the European Commission (DG ECFIN), she developed a deep expertise in the functioning of the EU and international development aid. Previously, she worked in the sovereign advisory team of Lazard Bank.
She has worked on debt, finance and credit rating issues, as well as IMF programmes and policy advice to governments, public enterprises and multilateral development banks.
Clémence is a graduate of ESCP Europe and holds a Master’s degree in European Economics from the College of Europe.
