Jean has experience of consulting in the public sector on financial and investment issues.
Before joining GSA, he worked as a strategy consultant at EY-Parthenon on projects for public-sector players. He has also worked for the OECD, the French Treasury, the Stockholm Environment Institute and the Armenian Central Bank.
Jean is a graduate of HEC Paris and the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
